Can tylenol pm lower bbt?

I've been experiencing some low temps this cycle.. Last cycle I really didn't have crazy temps but this cycle I do.. I just started taking Tylenol pm this cycle and my temps have been all over the place..

Can it affect your bbt?

If it's taken too close to the time you would take your temp then yes, it probably would interfere because it does lower body temperature as this is one of its main uses. I suffer with migraines so whilst I do take it myself when I have to, I try to avoid taking it during the evening and I don't usually take it past about 7pm unless I'm desperate
