Can you combine different formulas?

I'm just introducing one bottle of formula a day. I have Aptamil, but the doctor gave me this pre-thickened formula designed for babies with bad reflux (which LO has). I've read that this particular formula can cause constipation, so could I mix half/half of each formula? Or once I go to two bottles a day soon, go one of each formula? Thanks

I wouldn't mix formula. I'm no expert but I would imagine that if you are mostly BF and giving either one or two bottles of the pre-thickened formula, LO won't get constipated because breastmilk will be giving him lots of fluid still. I would ask your Dr too.
