A triphasic chart shows three levels of temperatures: pre-ovulation, post-ovulation, and then a second rise around 7-10 days after ovulation.

af due thers or fri.

iv felt so sleepy the last few days cnt stay wake past 8pm oh seid about as well last night.

your chart looks good hon, but looking down at your past charts I can see some others that looked similar post O. Maybe wait a day or two to see if those temps stay high! sending you loads of
