Can you ovulate the same day you get a positive opk?

Typically you ovulate within 36 hours after getting a positive opk however most people will ovulate within a few hours of getting their positive. I would BD today, tomorrow and the next day to be sure you're covered. Good luck!

I used to ovulate the day after a positive but last cycle I ovulated the same day which was confirmed by my temp spike.

I see this is a few days old. Did your temp confirm your ovulation? Hope you dtd enough. FX for you!

Yes , I have ovulated the same evening of a +OPK many times and sometimes the next day. also keep in mind that LH starts surging in your blood before it shows up in your urine.

I'm fairly certain I did this cycle.... Positive opk on the morning of cd 17, and ovulated that night. So totally possible!
