Can you start ttc sooner if have a natural mc and not d&c?

Can you start ttc straight away if you have a natural miscarriage? I know they say to wait when you have a d&c but wondered if it was the same with natural?

Sorry for your loss and I hope you get the answers you need soon. I was only told to wait one cycle after my ERPC before I was diagnosed with my PMP.

I had a mmc detected at my 12 week scan and had medical management for miscarriage 2 weeks ago (tablet and pessaries). Nurses advised me to just wait for one AF and then there was no reason we couldn't try straightaway. I think it would be ok to conceive before AF even, main reason for waiting is for dating purposes for next pregnancy x
