Can you take soy iso and metformin together?

thanks hun, havin a few issues with the pregnancy at present so clinging onto hope at the mo.

As for the met and soy together, it seemed to work to help me get pregnant after trying for 16months with PCOS. first cycle of trying them both too. just hoping its a sticky one now! How much soy are u planning on taking?? xx

Im not sure about how much soy to take, im waiting for af to come first cos have been told it needs to be taken on certain cd and i have no idea where i am in my cycle?! Last af 5th aug Wish i could just start it now, hate that witch! Always there when u dont want her and never there when u do! Been feeling really off last few days, not sure if O'ing or just the metformin? Have just posted in ttc, maybe you could have a look and let me know what u think? Would be really grateful
