Can you talky ourself into not getting AF once you're in the luteal phase?

I know you can psyche and stress yourself out to the point that you don't ovulate, but once you're in the luteal phase AF is on her way no matter what right?

Yes af will come after you've ovulated unless you're pregnant or you form a cyst from the corpus luteum that released the egg.
