Can your have symptoms as soon as 4dpo?

Am I crazy? Ha. I'm feeling SO tired and I slept well last night. I just feel drained and nothing can wake me up, you know the head fog feeling?

I also had really bad acid reflux last night and the only other time I felt that was when I was pg with my now 10 mos old. In fact, I had actually forgotten that feeling until I got it and my husband said "you're pregnant". But I feel it should be way too soon to tell, we bd 9/3 and 9/4, I didn't use any opk but I had obvious cm showing ovulation.

Am I symptom spotting or could this be real? Haha.

i had symptoms from the moment of conception. they came in intervals of two days. like 2 days of metallic taste in mouth, 2 days of gas, 2 days of nausea, etc. but also my symptoms were EXTREME. like, beyond exaggerated PMS symptoms. plus i was missing my normal PMS symptoms. i also felt implantation at 6 dpo and i got a bfp at 8 dpo. my hcg levels were pretty high for several different tests brands to pick up so early and fast including wondfo and frer. gl to you!
