Canadian Moms & Moms to be!

Yah not really sure why you would want a cover tho? It will get stained easier then just wiping the bumbo clean-but I'm not about practicality

I wish you lived closer, I would have given you my Bumbo. Helena was too long for it and can get out now. I told my cousin I would give it to her, but I actually know you better than I know her.

the MIL is getting us a Bumbo from the states I think! they're only $34.99 down there I think she said! HUGE difference!

I'm so bored tonight. At the rate I'm going I might eventually catch up to Vickie!

Once Upon A Child (I know London and Edmonton has them) sell Bumbos new and used for a lot cheaper! And in every colour imaginable.

Hmm.. there's one in Oshawa! Will have to go next time I'm by the mall! :wohoo:
I love deals!

Yes and you can sell too small baby clothes etc.

Does anyone watch Intervention? It's one of my favs, and a new show Obsession was on after Intervention yesterday. Just watching it right now...sooo good so far. It is about people with OCD, I think its a new series. So interesting!

Im sure LeeAnne will fit in hers. She was 18inches when she was born and only like 21 now-she has NO legs, takes after her dad.

For those with fussy babies--WHITE NOISE!!!!! I never knew how well this worked!! We have a sound thingy on our swing and one of the sounds is white noise! It worked ALL day to calm LeeAnne down and tonight she hasn't wanted to go to sleep, fussing and crying so we swaddled her and rocked her beside the swing where with the white noise sound on and BAM out again!

Oooh Once Upon a Child here.. I called them today, they have one new Bumbo & they're selling it for $55!! :dohh: If they sell them in the States though.. that's awesome!! Especially since the dollar was 89 cents US last week (not sure where it's at now)...

Oh, and Elyse looks soooooo long right now, but she's only like 21 inches, I'm pretty sure her entire family (me, her nana, my mum, my sister) are just short.. :dohh:

Really?! That much. They are $40 here.

She is almost 30 inches now so she will need a new car seat right away. NOT PLEASED!

Question-for all you FF mommies how much do you pay for formula? Nat and I were talking awhile back about the price and I couldn't believe the difference in price! For a case of 12 Enfamil concentrate here its anywhere from 28-30$

I have a convertible car seat bought!! I have to put Elyse in it soon, I'm too short to carry the damn carrier type seat

Well, for Similac I pay anywhere from $35.99 to $46.99... obviously I never shop at the places where it's $46.99 but that's the range I have seen here.

Scored it for $31.99 at Babies R Us once though!!

Grady was 55cms! so, 21 3/4 inches! Long little buggar! No wonder it always hurt when he moved!!!

At Wal-Mart, my Similac Sensitive 12pk Concentrate is $43.97 plus tax! I wonder if Enfamil is priced cheaper in general? I'll have to check next time I go.. But around here I'm pretty sure it's powders that are the price you pay for concentrate!
