I keep calling my doctor's office to get my GTT results, but I can never get through! Ever since the H1N1 vaccine thing started the phone line seems to be constantly busy! I did the test Monday - shouldn't they have called me by now? Could that *fingers crossed* possibly mean I passed it?

it's a sad sad thing I enjoyed the two naps One wouldn't be so bad I guess if she slept an hour and a half to two hours instead of 30 minutes

My friend's son will be 2 in the beginning of January and he still has 2 2-3 hour naps a day. I'm envious. Claire never has done that, ever!

I'm going to go pick my new car up in about a half hour!!! I'm excited although I haven't even seen it yet. Remember when I told you Shawn was "nesting" by getting a safer more reliable car for the winter, well he thinks he found it.

I'm envious, but also it must be super boring! He's a light sleeper so the house has to be quiet. I was bored stiff during Claire's 3 hour napathon yesterday. Near the 2 hour mark I was itching to do things but I didn't want to wake her up!

Rae I love the colors! They don't look too light to me.

We ended up getting a 2004 Volvo - nothing fancy, but it has everything I wanted (4 doors, AC, automatic, smooth ride and safe)

So I made the mistake of looking at the highway cam.. I'm going to be worried all weekend, especially now that it's starting to snow more now.

Doesn't help that there was a fatality yesterday due to black ice. I'm really hoping the person was just driving like a moron with no snow tires on. That thought is almost making me feel a bit better, but then I make the mistake of looking at the cam again.

Well I got a hold of my doctor's office and they said that if the test came back with any alerts (aka I failed) I would be called right away. Otherwise I'll have to wait for my appointment next Friday to get my full results.

Dare I hope that means I passed??

Justine I think it was you asking about the weekend??? We aren't going up tonight, he has to meet with the owners tomorrow at 4 so we will just leave in the morning spend the night and probably come back sunday afternoon. BJs parents were going to meet us tonight and spend the weekend with us so that LeeAnne and I aren't walking around a city we don't know but they are both sick too
