can't get into the forum on home pc?

I can get in the forum on my mobile but not my home pc?

The error message is saying the page cannot be displayed.

Has my ip been blocked?

This has happened to me. First it happened on my new mini laptop, then on my main PC. I'm at my mum's just now and it is clearly working here. Can anyone help?

Turn off your computer.
Turn off your router/modem.

Wait 60 seconds.

Turn on your router/modem and wait til they fully boot.
Turn on your computer.

Our router has been on and off at least a dozen times since I stopped being able to get in. In fact, we've even had a new one!

Do you use IE? Try using firefox, this happened to me. IE is working again now though
