Can't tell how I feel

My last pregnancy I hadabsolutly no symptoms, this time round I don't think I have much....but Im feeling really weird

It's like I feel really hungry although the I've eaten loads, but as soon as I think about eating again I feel sick. Is this general nausea!?

I'm at the point where I only have nausea when I don't eat. It is like my stomach is constantly an empty pit, even when I've already eaten a half hour ago. When I had true morning sickness, which is a little different from general nausea, I was nauseated 24/7, from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to bed. With my second pregnancy it hit around 7 weeks. With my last two it started as early as 5 weeks. I had none with my first.

Hope it doesn't hit you too hard! I have constant nausea but not actually vomiting so I guess I shouldn't complain too much! Although I remember the vomiting started at 8 weeks last time...2 days to go! Lol!
