At 41+4 on the 14th January at 21:00 my contractions started but they weren't strong so I ignored them. By 21:15 my waters had broken whilst eating dinner. Once my Mum had come over (vv quickly) to look after the older girls my husband and I drove to the hospital, getting there at 10pm. I was shown to the delivery room where I had three contractions, went on gas and air, pushed four times and Carmen came into the world at 10:30pm weighing 7lbs 8oz. The quickest labour I could ever have imagined. Was sent home the next day. She is lovely and we are all chuffed to bits. Fel great and breastfeeding going well.
