Catching that first egg! TTC while breastfeeding. Anyone else?

I've basically have been spotting once a day since Thursday I think it started. It's pink then brown discharge only lasts about an hour or so. Last night DH and I DTD and my cervix was so sensitive at first and I spotted a little more afterwards and it was gone again after an hour. I've never experienced this before. So confused! I took a test this morning to just to clear my head it was negative like I thought.

Could this spotting be a period maybe? Periods while breastfeeding can be really messed up, it might just be a super light period?

I don't think so I had AF 2 weeks ago and this is so light in color and kind of mixed with clear discharge. It comes for an hour or so then ends brown. Sorry TMI

Periods can be really messed up so soon after a baby though and with breastfeeding hormones.

Very true. I was hoping it was one and back on track. Wishful thinking! Lol
