CBFM after m/c

Hiya I had medical management of a mmc on dec 24th. I reset the machine straight away as if the 24th was cd1. I'm now on cd 12 and after a few days of low i now have a peak is this possible?

I went for a FU scan on dec 31st (I had stopped bleeding on the 30th) and they said my uterus was still quite thick 6mm so I might bleed a bit more. Since then I have had no bleeding at all not even when I wipe (sorry TMI) so I was wondering if my uterus could be preparing for ovulation?

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Hi there.
I am so sorry for your loss.
I know that Ovulation is possible 2 weeks after a miscarriage. Although it can take up to 6 weeks.
Regarding your uterus lining, it could be blood left over from your previous pregnancy, or it could have started preparing itself for the next cycle.
Im sorry I cant give you any answers, just possiblities.
Hopefully somebody else will be able to shed more light on your situation.
