Aquaria, I will not be freezing sperm. I will meet DH tomorrow, besides, I still don't have enough ovulation sypmtoms. What I am doing different this month is eating a dried fig everyday and eating black seeds (Nigella sativa). They are both supposed to increase fertility. We'll see. Maybe I have not fully recovered from the D&C and my efforts are futile..

I'm sure it takes time to recover, emotionally and physically, but I hope you're efforts aren't futile. I can see how much you want a baby. I'm thinking of you!

Are you all taking prenatals? At the moment I'm only taking folic acid and have varried my diet...lots of omegas and multi grains. My new favs are walnut oil for cooking and lein oil on my salad.

Panic over. Haven't OV'd yet but DH didn't have to go away with work so we were able to BD last night! I just hope I OV before he goes away with the lads next weds!!!!! Fingers crossed!

Ok... so my basal temp chart on fertility friend told me that I had ovulated on Sat (it updated this information on Wednesday after a few more temps had been entered) which was dissappointing b/c I was sure I wasn't going to ovulate until later in the week. and we had only BDed two days prior on Thursday so I was really pissed b/c I thought "crap... there goes this month"..
But then today I had really EWCM and we've been BDing for the past few days every day more for fun then anything because I thought I had missed my window but you never know.
So after the EWCM today I took a OPK test when I got home from work and I'm hoping you can see my pic and I've attached it right. This would be a positive result right?? When I typed this Postive test result in fertilityfriend it completly changed my chart and now its saying that I'm most fertile right now. Which makes me happy b/c we've BDed every day for the past couple of days and you can be sure we'll do it again tonight. But I'm just wondering if I'm getting my hopes up. Fertilityfriend has really thrown me for a loop with this one.

It looks positive to me, and the EWCM would support that too.
I hope we all managed to hit the all-important fertile window this month. DH and I are doing one more "security" BD (LOL) tonight, and then que the 2ww...oh boy, here we go again

I'm pretty lucky and going on vacation in 3 days. Road trip through eastern United States (We're from Nova Scotia, Canada).. According to my records, we'll be ready to test when we're in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. My husband and I joke around and say that if we get our BFP while on this trip and it ends up being a girl.. We're name her Caroline.. LOL...
in all seriousness though.. It would be really nice if some if not all of us get our BFPs this month. Lots of positive energy and babydust for all.
Today was a little hard with all the Mothers Day stuff going on... I just keep telling myself that I will be one of those mothers some day..

Probably 3 DPO today. Period is due 19th of May. That day is a national holiday in my country. I hope it will be a happy day for me too.

I'm throwing myself into work this week, we're really busy anyway so I can lose myself a bit. The earliest I might test (assuming no AF of course) is the 22nd...I guess that's not so far off now.

Fingers and toes crossed for you lelak, and here's hoping for your Caroline claudia_ann. Caroline is a far superior name to Myrtle Cleary-- hope you caught your O and had fun while doing so. Hena--Don't work too hard, hope your weekend with the in-laws was nice and relaxing (though you thought otherwise), and that you didn't get caught poas. Sorry if I left anyone out.

As much as I have been trying to remain positive, DH and I haven't dtd enough really to be hopeful. I have been stressing over school too much. Blah. Oh well. Think I am going to take it easy on the intensive ttc until I am finished with my degree. Only 10 more weeks. In comparison to how long I have been working (both ttc and for school), 10 weeks really isn't that long.

I did have a weird little stretching pain in my lower abdomen when I sat down on the floor with my computer just now . . .

Hey, ladies... So I'm 8 days dpo, can't really say that I've had many signs except that my temp has been on a constant incline. We've been driving for two days now and yesterday we arrived in South Carolina and it's like 27 degrees here while the temp home has been around 8. This morning after our first night here my temp has jumped from 98 to 98.45. Do you think this mostly because of the climate change? My increases this week have been very mild and now this ... Don't want to get my hopes up if it's just my surroundings. On another note, this place is beautiful and so far it's been nice and relaxing for me and OH. Hope you all are doing well and can't wait for us to get the BFP this month!!!!

Weather can, from what fertilityfriend says, have an impact on temperature if you're doing things like sleeping in a way different temp. If your interior temperature at home and on your trip is about the same, though, it probably won't be.

I'm now 4 DPO and trying to be patient. Our timing was fairly good (even after FF changed my ovulation date). 10 more days to go until AF will be due.

OMG... So... I'm not 100% until I get a bloodtest.. But I think I may have my Caroline.. Or a Charles.. LOL...
I know i should post in the BFP section but I wanted to share my "postive" news with you. Obviosuly all this pulling of positive energy is paying off. I hope this happens for more of us over the next couple of days.
I know my line is faint but that doesn't matter right??

Trying to stave off my poas tendencies and ignore the frer in my bathroom cupboard...though countdowntopregnancy.com says that there is a 50/50 chance that if I am pregnant I would get a positive result at 9 dpo tomorrow. DH says to wait, but not sure I can. Though I feel our chances are slim this cycle with only three bd sessions .

Anyone out there symptom spotting (though trying to remain calm) in the tww? claudia_ann~ any symptoms to share? Though I hope you are reveling in your bfp on the beach

To be honest I didn't have any symptoms... I've been trying to spot some like crazy but zip. The only thing I can say is this month we BDed every day for three days leading up to ovulation. Whereas before we were BDing every second day. Also this month I had started taking low dose aspirin because I had read somewhere in this forum about it helping with implantation. Who knows if any of this had any effort or whether it was the power of luck and positive thinking.
I'm just thankful that it happened and hope it sticks!!!!

aquaria, shall we be test buddies this cycle? I am 10 DPO today. I have a 10 day LP so my due date is tomorrow. But there is a possibility that I ovulated 2 days later than FF guessed, so I will test on saturday if AF is not here by then. Do you accept?

I'd been symptom spotting like a mad woman, definately had a lot of unusual cramps and pains around the ovaries this weekend and dizzy spells and stomache ache on Monday, but I came down with a cold yesterday and I'm afraid of reading too much into anything now.

I'm determined not to test until AF is late, so probably Sunday. Waiting is hard, but disappointment is worse. I'm entertaining myself by watching old "Perfect Strangers" episodes....ah, the 80's and early 90's! Maybe I'm hormonal, half of them make me cry

I usually spot for 2 days before AF. If AF is tomorrow, I should have started spotting yesterday!
