CD2-Cycle buddies for another round?

No, we live in Newcastle dh was born in South Africa. His three closest friends live there. Haven't seen them since 2007 so will be nice to catch up on holiday. I have kind of worked out my due date for the next four months 😦 kind of got carried away lol. It is better to stay away from deadlines. Ooh the wine tasting sounds nice.

I work out my due date at the onset of every AF...it gives me something to look forward to and keeps me from focusing on the last cycle...mine is 10/27 right now.

You know, i always assumed after I get my first dd or ds that I would be less enthusiastic about ttc. But together with you and Dinky and my best friend ttc #2 I realized I'm full of crap. I will likely always be like this, and I'm in for the long haul, even after I'm blessed with the first, lol.

How great it will be for you to catch up with your old friends! I am originally from Alaska and have been very homesick for all my old girl pals from there. Two are in Oman together now on vacation and I'm so jealous not to be there!

Mine would be 30/10. I am on number 3 and still ttc crazy. I can't wait going to be sharing a villa. ☺

This is my ovulation test tonight she a 4 hour hold not positive get but darker than I was expecting didn't think I would ovulate till next week?

Had no cramping so far this cycle usually cramp on n off from ov to af. Glad my temps are more stable than last month. How you ladies doing?

Got my crosshairs today for cd12! I don't think I ovulated on cd11 or cd13, feel like the fam settings are right for this cycle. Had conjunctivitis since yesterday thanks to my 2 lovely girls, as always I catch things 10x worse than they do. They have had mild stickiness I'm one eye bit me? I've got 2 red swollen bloodshot eyes that have both been stuck shut in the mornings and I can't put no make up on my eyes, I look like I'm just starting to turn into a zombie!! Also woke up with a banging headache that won't seem to go away grrrr

Dinky I have just read through your journal, I cried when you found out you were pregnant with your second! Finally composed myself and I cried when you had your loss. I'm so sry for this. I feel like we have just been on a journey in time, was weird lol. Sorry your not feeling to good, the joys of having kids eh

Awww thank you Spencer yes it has been a massive journey! My first dd took 7 years to conceive. Dd2 took around 10 months I think, and the loss I had, wasn't even planning that pregnancy I was happy with the 2 I had and was tta another one. But I lost it just as the shock was wearing off and now I feel like I'm supposed to be a mother of 3 if that makes sense? Thank you for taking the time to read my journal

sorry you're not well! Hope you feel better soon! And I'm so sorry about your loss and struggle, what a journey. With my youngest, we tried and NTNP for 7 years also...its so hard

I still had a low temp this morning, and a positive OPK, so I'm glad we will be able to get another BD in! I was a little worried that I'd ovulate last night and we'd only have 1 good timed BD. Not feeling great about this cycle, due to the weird bleeding on cd7/8 and some dark spotting BD'ing (which is abnormal for me)

On a side note, my 22 month old is fully potty trained, it's been 3 days/3nights of no diapers and she only had an accident on the first day (just one, while she was fully dressed playing outside). That's the earliest of my kids, I'm so proud of her!!!

Thanks wish! It is such a hard struggle isn't it specially when you are ttc your first and it takes such a long time! Sounds like you may ovulate today and you have timed bd perfectly, I wouldn't worry about your bit of spotting maybe you have a sensitive cervix this cycle? I'm sure your in for a good shot this month

Sorry to hear you are not well dinky, wow 22 month and potty trained that is awesome my ds is 4 and has only just started being dry throughout the night.

God I feel so rough! I have a fever and a raging soar throat and feel soooo sick. My temp is 100.58 lol looks weird on my chart!

My goodness!!!! Sorry y'all are so sick!
My littlest has something too...she/we were up all night, she has a fever, and is just generally sick. I think her throat & head hurts - she says it's her mouth and tummy
We ran to the store after dropping kids off at school & I got her good stuff! Juices, Popsicles & ice cream, chicken noodle soup, some of her favorite snacks like goldfish crackers, yogurt, blueberries, etc...hoping I can keep her happy today, poor thing is miserable! I made her a little bed on the couch and she is watching her favorite TV shows and on her 3rd Popsicle!

And a frozen dinner for everyone else (yes I'm slacking tonight lol)


Not sure if I've ovulated, my temp this morning was a bit higher than my pre-o temps, but not as high as normal LP temps (probably b/c of my night with a sick toddler)
And, my OPK is still positive (???) it's the 3rd morning of + OPKs, but I think I ovulated yesterday due to other symptoms....last month I was still showing a + OPK for days after temp rise.

Wow looks like there a type of bug everywhere! Looking at your chart you could have ovulated yesterday!

I've now got a horrendous pain down my right shin bone it really hurts and I don't know what to do with it! May have to take some pain relief I don't know why it's hurting so much!!

I love the day after ovulation where you know you've done what you can and the waiting begins. It's a nice lull in the process where it feels like you can take a deep breath and settle in. Still hope ahead, but the work is behind you

That's awesome! We're cycle buddies what day are you planning to test? Yes, I know what you mean, I LOVE to see that temp rise, it's so relieving. Yours looks great! I didn't really get that feeling this AM, so we will BD again tonight and hopefully I'll see a nice high(er) temp tomorrow.

Dinky, hope your leg gets to feeling better! How about a nice warm Epsom salt soak??? Might help your cold too

Ok, so I came across an unbelievable deal & I'd like opinions...have you ladies heard of the Bugaboo Donkey stroller?
I found a used version for $400 - she says its in perfect, like new condition, but comes with only 1 seat (for my 22 month old) a red canopy & the basket (so WHEN I get preggers, I would still need to purchase another seat & canopy - new $390 - but I bet I could find them used lol).
Anyways, DH thinks my current DD is getting too big to spend a lot on a stroller and there's no guarantee we will have another.
What do you think?
