CD20 following miscarriage. Feel pregnant ?

So I started miscarrying on May 4th, roughly 6weejs.
Bleeding lasted 6 days and we were given go ahead to start try again.

Started BD on day 8.
Only days we haven’t BD up to now are CD 14.15 and 16 due to OH working away those days.

I feel EXTREMELY pregnant.
Boobs and nipples are so sore, I feel extremely sick I’m drained, got headaches. All typical pregnant symptoms.

I wouldn’t be due a period yet and surely can’t be pregnant however my levels went back to 0 so I know it’s not from the miscarriage.

Any ideas???

So sorry to hear about your loss I have heard you can be extremely fertile after a loss though so it is possible! Good luck!

I would be overjoyed if I caught pregnant straight away.

I’m treating this as a usual cycle (although I’m aware it’s not) and I would be due AF on June 1st so I will wait it out until then.

It’s gonna be a loooooooong wait lol!!
