Background. My youngest is only 11 months and I've only had 3 periods since getting my cycle back with those cycles being between 32 and 35 days. Much like they have been all my life. I was never a 28 day kinda girl.

Well now I'm on CD 41. No period! I've never gone beyond 35 days and not been pregnant. On cd 35, Christmas, I took a test. A frer. Used First morning urine.BFN. Totally didn't doubt it!

The days went by, then yesterday on cd 40 I decided to take another test. The only one I could get in my little town was a super cheapie (can't remember the name). I used afternoon pee, I figured if I was pregnant levels would be high enough by cd 40, but I got another BFN.

Now I'm sitting here confused. This has been my longest two week wait ever. I'm leaning towards trusting those tests, but there's this transient what if that keeps washing over me.

My guess is you ovulated later than usual or you are having an annovulatory cycle which is why your period is late and why you're getting BFN's.
If your LO is only 11 months old your cycles still could be waky (esp if you're still breastfeeding).

Good luck hope your cycles settle soon!
