CD7.. Anyone else?

TTC9088- BD EOD makes sure there is a steady supply of sperm waiting for the egg to be released. It also makes sure you don't get too tired of BD before you O. If you BD every day you might not feel like DTD when it's time. Also, if DH has a low sperm count it wouldn't help to BD every day.

lovestosnack- I only test with OPK once a day. EWCM is usually my cue that I'm about to O.

Loves2Snack - I only use one opk a day. I usually get cramping and loads of cm around ovulation so just BD everyday around then and obviously take OPK's x
