cervix bleed at 7dpo possible implantation bleeding?

So I'm 7dpo and today I checked my cervix and there was red blood enough that it would have made it's way out in a day or two! Do you all think this might be implantation

It could be, but no one can say for sure. But if it is you may be able to get a bfp reading in a few days. Good luck.
