Can anyone tell me how I change from 3 hourly to 4 hourly feeds?
She currently is roughly 7, 10:00, 1:30, 4:30, 7:30 (and one more between 2:30-3:30am).
Do I just hold her out and do 7,11,3,7 (and poss dream feed at 11pm? or wait till she wakes)
