Changing teat

Hi ladies!

Was wondering if ther is a specific reason for changing the teats on bottles to the next one up or do you just do it becoz they are the age for the next one?

My advent bottles have size 1 which is newborn and size 2 which says 1month +? My tommee tippee ones say 0+ on them even thought they are a size 1 and size 2 from what I can gather is from 3months +?

Anyone else noticed this?

i dont know about the advent ones, but i changed lo to the next stage tt teats at about 2 months, then the fast flow at about 5 months.
you will know when to change cos baby will be sucking extra hard to get the milk out!
