Hi all :flower:

Anna will be a year old at the end of September

I know around this age is when you change to cows' milk, but how do I go about doing it? Do I just change from Aptamil to normal milk straight away or do I have to slowly introduce it somehow?

Am I meant to start mixing cows' milk with Aptamil and gradually fade the formula out? Or go straight in with it?

Clueless :dohh:

As pp said you can do it either way just depends on your LO and how they do with change. With dd1 we just went straight to milk and she was fine with it. Some may not like the transition though if they are used to their bottles being warm

I started giving Lucas small amounts of cow's milk to try, he loved it! So as soon as we ran out of formula he went straight onto it

I switched with my toddler cold turkey from formula to cow's milk but still warmed in a warmer and in his bottle - he didn't seem to notice. he didn't like switching from warm milk to cold, though. :haha:
