charting cm

What would you chart for cm that randomly comes out into underwear throughout the day, however, when checking the cervix, it feels pretty dry? I hope I am making sense lol This afternoon I noticed a sort of sticky/creamy cm in the lining of my underwear when I went to the restroom. I checked my cervix, but it was mainly dry? Which would you chart?

I would go with what you see in your underwear/when you wipe. I only check the cervix for CM if I haven't seen any that day because it varies throughout the day.
