Charting question 'normal' temps?

I was wonder, I take my bbt at 4am, after 6 hours sleep. I have experimented by taking it at 7 instead. At 7 they come out much higher than at 4. My temps appear low, but I was wondering if this was just down to my early early temping time?

I'm no expert but I agree. I think the earlier in the morning u temp the lower it will be. That being said ppl always say my temps look low lol. I just don't seem to get high high temps even after o.
