Chatroom problem

Hi,
I'm struggling most days to get into the chat room. 1 day i can but most of the time i can't. I have disabled my pop-up blocker, downloaded the latest version of Flash, deleted my browser history n still no luck - I just get a blank window opening but the chatroom doesn't load.

Any ideas?

Are you on a PC or Mac? and what OS and browser are you using?

I am on PC, running Vista & using Windows Internet Explorer 8.

I didn't have it, but i've downloaded so i could try that & unfortunately i'm getting the same blank window

Hey SC, not sure if you aware or not but nearly everyday the chatroom lies to us! It keeps saying certain people have just left the room but they are still there. It will pick on the one person while they are online and do it every 10mins or so until they really log out!
