Three's a company called Youframe who do them very cheap and have 75% off offers all the time. The only problem with them is you have to pay for express delivery or you will be waiting months for the thing, then you have to build it up yourself. I've had 4 or 5 now and have never paid more than £20 for huge ones and they build very easily.

I usually use Canvas on Demand. They have promos all the time where you can get the 16x20 canvas for around $25, including the shipping, and its already put together and ready to hang. Great quality If you like them on FB, they always list promos on their page. Groupon also has offers on them often.
