Cheese

Hate to tell you, but fresh Mozzarella is high fat about 1/4 fat. Sorry!

I'd go for parmesan because although it's fatty, it's such a strong flavour you hardly need any to get the cheese hit.

And as for Smegma....

Soz yea I use tesco healthy living mozarella, I stick about half a ball in a panini or on a pizza etc and that only work out at 5g fat where as a medium cheddar is about 15-20gm of fat for the same quantity.

But yeah if your sprinkling cheese on food like spag bol, go for parmasan as you only need a tiny tiny amount to add flavour

I love cheese, cheese and crackers are my biggest sin with loads of butter! Iv tried the healthy living but I agree its like plastic, not the same!

I like cheese but Dairylea is my weakness, Slapped on Crackers Bread Toast or Crumpets YUM

Primula is my weakness - But the healthy living cheese isn't bad at all, I'm sticking with it :D
