Hello. You may have remembered I was on a few months ago with a questionnaire and now I am back! This particular questionnaire (well its more like a question!) is about toy safety. I would really appreciate if you could contribute!

When buying a toy for your child what would you consider?
*It has a safety mark (Lion mark, CE mark, British standards Kitemark)
* It is the right age for your child
* It will provide more than just temporary interest
* It has no sharp edges or points
* It is good quality and wellmade
* It isn't second-hand
* It has been reviewed by a toxicologist
Other____

Can you please list what you would do and add any I have missed out! Thank you very much!!

I would say:

-safety mark
-good for more than temporary use
-reviewed by toxicologist
-good quality
-and right age group for child

- safety mark
- good for more than just temporary use
- if it is educational/helps development
- good quality; well made
- reputable brand, well known company
- right age for child
- reviews online (if available)
- if I think it's interesting
- if friends have purchased it/their kids enjoy it
