Hiya
Okay gonna try not to confuse you. Lol. Had renewal letter and looks like we dont need to do anything, we have an open claim but arent eligible for any ctc. In novemver new baby will areive and I will let them know, we will be able to get approx £30 pm based on last years p60 figures. This years p60 figures will be a little less as I will be on smp from sept so when we update them in april if they owe us any will they just pay lump sum into bank?
Also next july we will start paying childcare and will be able to get quite a bit of help, will I be able to work out our estimated earnings for 2014-2015 and give them that (in our recent letter they ask if we will earn kess than 25k or 23k this year - I am guessing they use those figures to work out what you can get). I dont want to next july give them our figures for this year and we then owe them money they year after. Lol.
How far in advance can you give notice that you will be starting to pay childcare?
I do a half day at work but the hours i work between dropping them off and picking them up will overlap the morning and afternoon session by approx half an hour so will have to pay a full day I am assuming. Do I let tax credits know the rates inckuding this full day even though they wont actually be in childcare for the full day? Sorry if thats confusing. Lol
TIA
Xx
