chokind during feeding?

My LO will be 4 weeks on Tuesday. Since yesterday he seems to choke at least once during every feed, hes never done this before. He's not spitting up at all after he chokes, he never spits up anyway. I think he may be getting to fast of a flow through the nipples. Do you think this could be the problem? im going to go buy new nipples now to make sure.

what size teats are you using? If your on the slow flow maybe the teat has split so too much milk is getting thru. If you have moved up a teat size id move back down x
