Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. The admin team will continue to work on existing issues, templates and upgrade all necessary available addons to minimize impact of this new version.
I have just rung both the telephone number on the website (re-followed the link) and also the number for practical parenting themselves.
Neither of them had any of my details on their systems and advised me that no subscription had been set up despite me having a dated confirmation print out from the website dated 23rd September with subscription and direct debit details on it.
After speaking to her supervisior they have honoured the offer as it must have been a technical error on their part as I had proof of setting it up. 1st Payment is now due 15th November, train set will be with me within 28 days and I will get 1st mag in December.
As a warning/tip to any lady who hasnt received anything give them a call as the order more than likely didnt go through and you are sat waiting for nothing. Dont want anyone to be sat there waiting or disappointed as they didnt get the train set.

Dont expect the train set before Xmas thats for sure! Those with a start of alphabet surname got theirs but people like me have shot it! They said 28 days from order, now saying 28 days from money taken out (19th Oct for me) but ordered 23rd Sept
Now they are saying we cant guarantee Xmas and no idea when more stock! I had a major row with them and waited for manager to call me back. Anyway I am getting arefund as I am prob due for payment no 2 before the bloody gift comes so I aint bothering BLOODY TW**S!!

I just rang asking where my train set is and apparantly they didnt order enough in the first place for demand but they are getting more in each week and shipping them out to outstanding orders that haven't received them ... If there's delays longer than the 28 days they will write and give an approximate delivery date of the train set.
The 1st number I rang was 01858 438757 but they said they dont deal with practical parenting so they gave me new number:
01858 438798 They are Magicalia who deal with the practical parenting subscriptions. I was on hold for about 6 mins waiting to be answered so be warned, I think they said they are open till 9pm weekdays (dont quote me!!)
