im really annoyed i signed up and ive called 3 times each time told the set is on its way already, logged on intrenet banking today to see they've chsrged me again and still no set

i was told yesterday yet again mine is in the post yet they've charged two lots of money even though its only supposed to be one lot and ive not even hasd a magazine yet, ive been told i need to call back monday to get a refund im passed annoyed now the money they've taken and price of calls i could have bought the set full price

DD finally went beginning of November, received next issue of magazine (January edition) in the post yesterday just waiting for the train set now.

When I called to query it a while ago I was told to allow 28 days for delivery of train set after DD taken. So any day now we should receive it.
