Just wanted to share the because they are sooo yummy.
I love these because they are quick to make and they are luxurious but not overly sweet. They are best served warm while the chocolate is still gooey. My OH can't get enough of them - in fact when I make them I have to hide some for myself
Ingredients:
6 tbsp semi-skimmed milk
2 eggs
150g unsalted butter / margarine melted
225g unbleached plain flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
150g golden caster sugar
150g plain chocolate cut into large chunks
2 small bananas mashed
1. Place about 12 paper cases (I always need more) in a muffin tin and preheat oven to 200 deg c or 400 deg f.
2. Place milk, eggs and butter into a bowl and whisk until combined.
3. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder into a seperate bowl. Add the sugar and chocolate to te flour mixture and then stir to combine. Slowly stir in the milk mixture and fold in the mashed bananas.
4. Spoon the mixture into the paper cases and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
ENJOY!
