I finally got it today only cost bout 2 quid on ebay. Now what do I do with it? I've heard u can put some drops in ur bath, I have radox with it to, is it dangerous? What else do I do with it? X

I used it a lot in the bath, nothing else, unless i was using other armoamatherpy oils (be careful with mixing, make sure you reserach well before). I usually run a fairly warm bath and added it when running so the room was full of its sent, it says you need to be in for at least 15 minutes to get the desired affect, no problem for me i love my baths. I wouldnt use the radox at the same time as it may neutrilaise its affect. just 3 drops per bath.

If you want more applications, then you can make up an oil that you can message into your bump and back. Never use neat, you need a carrier oil, such as almond carrier oil, again can get online. What i used as i had it in mass supply was baby oil, works just as well. again 3 drops, you should look up quantities.

Good luck x

Thankyou :) it has quantities on the slip that cam with it. Ill try it in my bath tonight. I'm 39 weeks an it takes me at least 15 mins to try gettin out the bath haha x

Hiya love its meant to bring on contractions. Dunno if it works but ill keep u informed x

Clary sage is kind of a relaxant - one aromatherapist I know likened it to weed but without the nasty side effects (or being illegal, lol!)

It is great for use with period pain (because it relaxes the womb), so don't dump it once the baby is born. If you are curled up in bed with a hot water bottle, put some in an oil burner. In the bath, or mixed with a carrier oil is great too, as others have said.

I love it with sweet almond oil :)

oo wow yes sounds good!! I'm stacking up my options for when I reach 37 weeks+! x
