Hi everybody..
I'm going to be doing a detox called clean 9 which can also help weight loss.. basically writing on here to see if anybody has done it and how they found it? As I'd like some feedback on if it actually works. What I've read on then Internet all seems positive and is seen more as a detox than a weight loss plan, but can encourage weight loss, so wondering what people found they lost & how the first few days where & also how they felt after.. and also what the 600 calorie meal consists of?!
