Clearblue digital advanced

I used the clearblue digital advanced ones which give you the empty circle, flashing circle then the solid circle.
The last time we BD'd was on a empty circle on a Friday, then the Saturday got another empty circle, sunday flashing circle and then Monday solid circle.
We still managed to fall pregnant this cycle (i''m 9 weeks tomorrow) but my question is once you get the solid circle is it then another 12 hours after that you ovulate? I didnt really get any CM so I'm just surprised we managed to get pregnant this month.
Also I assume I must have really short surges to only have one day of flashing circle?

Wow congrats i use the dual hormone one and dtd on my peak solid circle and today i got my period bought more for next month though
