They sued them probably because they are great competition and they didn't think of it first! Some bs about a poll they took that showed the majority of women thought the week indicator was weeks pregnant and not weeks past ovulation - even though it said on the insert. So the ruling stated they had to pull all of them off the market and redo their packaging. The tests look like they have a new design too.
I got my 2-3 weeks last Tues and still at 2-3. Hoping I'll have a 3+ by tues.
