clomid fertility specialist babu 2? can anyone a.swer me this please.

Hi ladies.


Im currently TTC baby number 2 and I had gone to the doctors this week for clomid and to asked to be sent to a specialist as I've pcos and took me 5 years to conceive my now 2 year old I had a lovely fertility specialist back then and doctor but have moved 123 miles since :'( ...I've been told that he won't prescribe clomid nor help me and won't refer me to a specialist because apparently a specialist will not see me because im no longer priority as I've a child and I should be greatful! Im greatful every day for what ive got now it took 5 years of what seemed like forever and was truly heartbreaking!! :'( so.i asked what im.to do and he said either stick with the one or let nature take its course or win the lottery and go private!!! :'( im.actually dissapointed and hurt that he wont listen and will not even do a blood test to check ovulation :'( thinking of finding a new doctor.... Im.greatful for what ive got today but it doesn't make it easier on me wanting to gibe my daughter a sibling and I know I can with clomid :'(.so.wjat im.asking is was you told this when ttc baby number 2 ?

I say see another doctor.
We have been trying 12 months (13th month now) for #2, number one is 4, will be 5 if we fall this month by the time the next arrives...
We've been on clom past 2 cycles, couldn't this cycle as I had a HSG.
My doc could not do much, but did get us referred and we're waiting ivf treatment - around 12 months time from now.

thank you hun, I didn't believe what I had hears because im sure you can still get help after having your first child... I know my problem and ita just as simple as being prescribed clomid to have baby number 2 and he just makes me feel like crap that im not greatful for what ive got and I definetly am but would now like to complete my family with my second child and it took 5 years and that was with the help of clomid without it I still think ill be waiting 10 years down the line because I dont ovulate on my own. Im now going to search for another doctor untill one gives in and refers me to a specialist he's not even willing to try though so how does he know they wont help me... :'(
