Hi I'm new and on my first round of clomid and noticing that my cycle was light and extremely shorter than usual. Soooo DH and I are going to go to work. I love hearing all of the success stories using clomid.

I have been trying to conceive for about a year now. Got all the tests done and nothing seemed amiss. Yet, we just couldn't make that baby happen! So I scheduled an appointment with a fertility specialist, but my OB suggested I try a round of clomid before the appointment. Well guess what?! I got my BFP last week! My husband made me take 3 different pregnancy tests before he fully accepted that I was actually pregnant! Now begins the 2 month wait period to make sure everything is okay before announcing it to everyone. I have no idea how I am going to keep my mouth shut...

Good luck to everyone using clomid! For me, I guess I just needed a little hormonal push to get there.

Omg I am so happy for you ... I just finished my first cycle of clomid and now i'm just waiting for my ovulation days... I hope I get a after this... I have been trying to conceive for 4 yrs...

Hi there!

I just got my today at 14dpo on my 21st month trying, and on my 4th round of 25mg clomid. I had 3 mature follicles this month, and I've only had 1 per month before, so I think the clomid suddenly kicked in and got me up and running!

It's very early so I'm very nervous...

Congrats Ella! Congrats to all ladies who have had success with clomid! Great news!
Miracle, would you by any chance have PCOS? Just because last month I had my first successful Ovulation using Clomid and my AF went from 2 weeks and awfully heavy that whole time, to 5 days, only heavy for the first three. I am annov. normally though which explains the two week cycle. Interesting if PCOS Clomid users all have that same effect. I am on my fourth Clomid cycle, hopefully this will be my second ovulation so I have about a week to wait before we BD.
Any clomid success stories are most welcome as I look to them for inspiration when I am continuously thinking that i only have two rounds left before i look at other options which we dont want to do. eeek!

Sad to say my first round of clomid at 50mg was a bust ... But I just started my second cycle at 100mg so I am really hoping this is the one... Their is nothing I want more than my bundle of joy...

Thank you Wish4mybundle, we have our fingers and toes crossed for you that 100mgs works for you! 100mgs seems to be my magic number, so it would be great if the next time we were on here it was to announce the impending arrival of our miracle 100mg Clomid babies! FX!

Got my bfp this morning after over 3 years trying & third round of 50mg clomid. Was convinced the dosage didn't work & was waiting for AF to start 100mg so happy!! Keep the faith xxx

I can't actually believe I'm posting in here...i was always checking this thread to give me hope...and now I've my !

second round on clomid but I didn't ovulate the first time, so dosage doubled to 100mg and BOOM...I'm pregnant! three pregnancy clear blue digital tests confirmed at 12dpo today...it still doesnt feel real...

keep the faith girls, it's a miracle drug in my opinion!

I fell pregnant on cycle #1 of clomid 50mg, miscarried at 11wks and fell pregnant on cycle #6 on clomid on 100mg. I also took provera to induce menstruation before taking clomid.

hi ladies!
its wonderful to read all your clomid success stories!
I had my first round this month, cd4-8 on 100mg. this after ovarian drilling, dye for polycystic ovaries.
I had some weird visual side effects which my doc says are normal but I am praying for bfp because I don't want to have those side effects again. Plus the last two days I have been having hot flushes but don't know if its related to the clomid.
I am now on CD 19.
