I think you are more fertile, but they do recommend you wait to start trying again after you have a D&C. I think about 2-3 months

i agree - i believe a D&C requires healing (because it's a procedure adn there is some trauma) vs a natural miscarraige. but also yes, i've heard your fertility is a bit higher.

I'm so sorry to hear that!! I have to say, having been there, it's an awful thing to have to go through. Thankfully, aside from some cramping it's relatively painless but the bleeding/passing of tissue after can be quite alarming. We were asked to wait two cycles before trying again (the first cucle took 60+ days to come) and got pregnant with our little girl the first cycle we were all clear. I feel so bad for her, it really was the scariest, most horrific thing I could imagine.

AFM, TGIF girls! I have chili in my crockpot at work, we're doing a little superbowl potluck but there's only 2 of us in the office today lol so there will be lots of extras. I'll have to really exercise some self control so I don't overeat too much. Tonight I am doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred dvd with my mom and tomorrow is my first training session with a personal trainer. Hubs let me buy some sessions to jump start my weightloss so I'm pretty excited about that. Also Sunday we get to go see the pups to give our deposit and then I'm pretty sure we get to take the pup home on Valentines Day!! Needless to say, I'm pretty much over January and excited for what February has in store Officially 6 months until we start actively ttc again.

AFM, still lightly bleeding, Hubby and I DTD this morning anyway, it's been nearly 2 weeks which is too long for us! I kinda feel like I'm gearing up to O already which is strange, I've been getting the crampy, pinchy pains on my right hand sign and that pain I get around O when I press on one side of my stomach! Going to try and DTD as much as possible just incase. I'm guessing my cycle could be totally out of wack!?

Thanks Sandy, there are a few reasons were taking a break, 1. I would like to take my maternity leave at later half of the year, so a may-october due date would be ideal for us (although I will take anything if it doesn't happen) 2. I would like to try to lose some weight and get my stress under control in hopes that I will start ovulating on my own 3. We would like to save a little more money and do a few more things with the house first. We are planning to start trying as of my August cycle.

I miss being here! I am so busy now with work and crud I hardly have time to check in.

Idk what DH and I are doing with TTC. We were suppose to NTNP but DH is talking about just not trying at all. I think all our unsuccessful attempts really hit him hard and he is still raw emotionally. I don't even know where I am in my cycle since I am anovulatory again. I do admit most of our stress is gone and our love life has gotten a LOT better. More spontaneous and way more fun. lol.

Guess I just have to wait to see what happens.
