Clueless as to tickers - can anyone help?

I'm dying for a ticker!! Can anyone tell me how to insert one please?

1) just click on someones and that'll take you to the website to create your own ticker. You'll find different ones, pregnancy, birthday, weight loss etc.

2) Find the one you want and just follow the steps. (enter date, pick time line and marker)

3) At the end it should produce a list of html codes. Copy and paste the forum code.

4)come on to baby and bump.

5) look down your left hand column and you should see something that says edit signature, click.

6) paste the code in there.

7) preview/save
