Plus, there really isn't much they can do in pregnancy as far as treatment goes. By giving birth you will likely even shed abnormal cells and things can look better than they do now.
Pregnancy heals a great deal so I believe waiting would be beneficial.
I had CIN3 in pregnancy and after. While it is truly pre cancer, so a certain amount of abnormal cells, the body can still take care of it. After pregnancy I did not get treatment, I chose to change my diet (to Paleo and eating lower in carbs to slow down cell mutation), added some natural remedies and was HPV and Cancer free a year after giving birth. Have not had a problem since, not even an abnormal PAP smear.
