Combining milk from pumping sessions

So, I'm ebf but pumping and storing in case we ever need the milk for some reason (date night, etc). If I pump multiple times a day is it okay to combine them into one storage bag as long as I bring them down to the same temp first, basically keep the milk in the fridge all day, then put it all into a bag foe the freezer. It seems like I'm wasting a bag just for an ounce of milk.

Yes, it's absolutely fine to do this so long as you don't add warm to cold.

Yup just add cold to cold 5 months in the freezer, 5 days in the fridge, 5 hrs at room temp
