Conception outside ovulation window?

Have any of you conceived when you didn't think you we're ovulating? Maybe just after your period or as you were expecting your period? Have you ever gotten a positive OPK at one of these "outside the fertile window" times?

I think it's pretty common to get a positive opk right before your period. That is when you get a second lh surge.
