It's been a while since I've done BBT. I've always read that it's imperative that you check it at the exact same time every day or else it's not accurate. I've also read that the exact time does not matter as long as you get the same amount of hours of sleep everyou night. I always get up at different times but always get 8 hours of sleep. For example while working I get up at 715 am and while off I get up at 11am. So do I need to get up at the same time every day or as long as I get at least the same amount of sleep? All answers welcome
