confused ready made formula timescales

The bottle keeps for 48 hours in the fridge

once ive put the milk into my bottle i have to use it within 2 hours,

is this even the case if i made up the bottle and kept it in the fridge?

if i make up a bottle and baby has it for 15 minutes, if i put it back in the fridge is it still only good for 2 hours

im so confused

Once the baby drinks from it you have two hours before the bacteria gets too bad and you have to throw it out, even if you put it back in the fridge.

The second that formula is introduced to the babies mouth, it is exposed to bacteria, so must be used within 2 hours. Unless you wanna risk baby getting sick.
