Confusion Gonal-F, OPK & Pregnancy test

Hi Ladies, Please bear with me and I will try to explain this as best I can............................

I am currently cd13 I don't normally O until cd19. I am taking Gonal-F injections for the first time this cycle and am on day 12/18 of those. Tonight I decided to do an OPK just to see and the line was fairly dark, then for the fun of poas I did an IC preg test and up came a faint pink line within a minute and it has stayed there! What is going on??? I am due for a follicle scan on Thursday AM but I'm confused if I should call and get one done earlier as I don't want to miss my O as we are getting an IUI done again this cycle. Can Gonal-F mess with your cycles like this and do you think this IC preg test is an evap??? The top photo is the IC preg test.

Ok so I was told by another lady that if the same urine is used for the opk and the pregnancy test the reagent from the opk can cause a positive pregnancy test result.
