welllllllllllll i want 2 use aptilmill but my hospital dosent supply it and dont think i can sterlise my own bottles there will it be ok 2 change milk when i get home?

I think it would be ok. Mine was given ready made S26 at the hospital, when we moved back home we gave him Nestle quiqoze, then we moved to Aptamil.

How about few disposable bottles for hospital use? My LO was fed by a srynge at the hospital.

There are different solutions you will find in Boots that you could use, including pre-sterilised containers
